1 (8 oz.) pkg. fresh mozzarella cheese, diced
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
6 large fresh basil leaves, cut into thin strips
1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
Gently toss cheese, tomatoes and basil in serving bowl.
Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste
